  • We will not publish the requested videos without permission.
  • However, we may share videos that the client has published on social media through retweets and other means.

Delivery and Deadline

  • After requesting a video, we will send the download link via email within the same day to 5 days.
  • Please note that there may be delays due to weather conditions or time differences.
  • If it takes more than 10 days from payment to delivery, we will provide a full refund.

Receipt Issuance

  • We can issue an invoice-compatible receipt. If you wish to receive one, please inform us via email after making a request.
